If you have not received your license or lost it then try first to re-request it and check the delivery status before writing.

Everything else related to purchases should be sent to (resellers please see this page first). When writing about an existing sale, provide your order number (or serial number of the license key).

Troubleshooting

If you are having a problem be sure to check the troubleshooting suggestions.

If you have gone through troubleshooting 101 and still have not solved the problem then and state as much info as possible about the problem you are having and which steps you have already taken to try and solve it.

There is also a ##textmate IRC channel at freenode.net which works well for getting help.

Bug Reports

If you have found something that looks like a bug then please file a ticket. Though for everything related to bundles, please instead write the mailing list. A dedicated ticket system for bundles is planned.

Basically all functionality reachable from the Bundles menu is provided by bundles, including language grammars.
