End-user License Agreement for TextMate

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:

1. Installation and Use.

   MacroMates grants you the right to install and use copies of TextMate on your computer running a validly licensed copy of Mac OS X.

2. Backup Copies.

   You may make copies of the license key as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

3. Limitations.

   You may not agree to end user license agreements pertaining to the software being sold (TextMate).

4. Distribution.

   You may not distribute registered copies of TextMate to third parties.
